The Company will promptly destroy personal data once the purpose of its collection or provision has been fulfilled. However, where retention is required by applicable laws and regulations, including the Commercial Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, personal data may be retained as follows. In such cases, the personal data will be used solely for the purpose of retention.
